STOCKHOLM — Jesper Lekland and Amanda Wallander have become Instagram celebrities for posting couples workout videos and pictures showing how they exercise together. br br The swolemates have over 50,000 followers on Instagram, where they post pictures and videos of their workout routines and toned muscular bodies. They started posting their workouts eight months ago and meeting on dating app Tinder. The couple exercises together five times a week for an hour, Associated Press reported. br br Lekland told the Associated Press: "At first it was hard to merge two different workout routines, seeing as we had completely different backgrounds. We then decided to do a totally new workout instead, doing couples exercises to make it more fun and to make it better suit our needs.
