Costa Rican President Luis Guillermo Solis is in Tegucigalpa to meet with his Honduran counterpart Juan Orlando Hernandez in an effort to seek a solution to the Cuban migration crisis. Some 5,000 Cuban migrants en route to the U.S. are stranded at the Costa Rica-Nicaragua border. Costa Rica is seeking a regional solution to the crisis, but had thus far been rebuffed by Nicaragua, Guatemala, and Belize.
