Learn how to make eggless Nankhatai at home in oven from our chef Archana on Ruchkar Mejwani. Nankhatai is a popular Indian sweet dish made during special occasions. br br Ingredients: br br 12 Cup Ghee br 12 Cup Powdered Sugar br 14th Cup Semolina br 125 gms Plain Flour br 12 tsp Baking Powder br 12 tsp Cardamom Powder br br Method: br br - In a mixing add some ghee and beat it till the ghee becomes soft. br - Then add powdered sugar and beat further to get a smooth consistency. br - Then add plain flour, baking powder, semolina & cardamom powder. Mix everything well. br - Make smal size balls and place them on the baking tray keeping some distance between each ball. br - Preheat your oven for 5 minutes br - Bake the Nankhatai at 160 degree Celsius for 20 minutes. br - Enjoy the Nankhatai with tea of coffee.
