RUSSIA — A Russian tabloid has published a 2016 calendar featuring Russian President Vladimir Putin, posing candidly in a wide variety of backdrops. br br The calendar appears to attempt to illustrate the many sides of Putin – calmly lighting candles in January, working out at the gym in April, signing autographs for kids in June, and hugging a puppy in November. br br Along with the unique and well thought-out photographs, each month comes with a quote from Putin. In March, a photo of him smelling a flower is accompanied by the quote "I like all Russian women. I personally think Russian women are the most talented and the most beautiful." July has shirtless Putin with a fishing pole in hand, along with the quote "My enthusiasm for active sport, like for many others, came during youth.
