If you want a nice round back and hot thighs then do this gym workout. br The first exercise is the deadlift which is great for your hamstrings, and back. Form is very important. You must sit your back and up, keep your back straight, and chest out. If you cant do it correctly dont do it with heavy weight until you learn. br Barbell Exercises: br Deadlifts: 4 sets 12-15 reps br Squats: 4 sets 12-15 reps br Curtsy Lunges: 3 set 10-12 reps per leg br Stepping Back Barbell Lunges: 3 sets 10-12 reps per leg. br This can be done 2-3x per week. br Fitness Model Michelle Lewin br Poor equipped gym?
