Navi Mumbai: Maharashtra high court has asked the state government to demolish all illegal constructions against letting them off with a fine as it passes a wrong message in the society. Over 1,000 residents of Digha in Navi Mumbai went homeless as the BMC carried out demolition drive after the verdict. The court has asked the state government to make its stand clear.
