70's.. Early days of PBC Radio Multan Production. Memories of the Golden Era. Our Dear Friend Khalid Asghar got posted there when Radio Multan was just 3 months old. Everything to be created was like making history. Khalid Bhai digged Tasleem Malika and then went through the whole poetry of the Sufi Poet Khwaja Ghulam Fareed to come out with a Kafi which was never sung before..and then Bari Khan composed it with the minimum instruments available in the music section and Khalid Bhai produced it with a single microphone recording. Hats off if you are still feeling the affinity to it in 2012. A thing of beauty, a joy forever. Uploaded especially for my Saraiki brothers though others may enjoy it too as music has no geographic borders.Thanx again to our friend Farrukh Murad who provided this gem for upload here..
