An amusing video has emerged of a runaway cow in New York, US, reportedly trying to escape from the slaughterhouse. br br The video, filmed yesterday in Queens, shows the cow running down a road after apparently escaping a Halal slaughter. The animal wandered around the local area for a while before being caught by police safely. br br The filmer of this video later wrote online: "I was coming from the hair salon when my hair stylist and I saw the cow; it was coming for us so we ran.br br "It was coming from a slaughterhouse about a block or two away."br br There is now a petition online to try and save the cow from slaughter which, at the time of writing, has nearly 400 signatures.
