The 22 years old Rahat Bibi from Peshawar is Deaf and Mute and since her father's death has been selling beans chaat at a small shop with the help of her younger brother who suffers epilepsy . The family does not even have the money to buy winter clothes and god forbid should anything happen to her brother then there would be no one to run the house.
