On planet Vespasia, every five years at noon sharp, a Genie, BOOBOO, comes out of his lamp to shower his people with gifts. Of course everyone in the universe wants to seize the Genie in that brief instant and they all dream of becoming its Master. KAPUT and ZÖSKY are first in line, figuratively speaking. They get past the drastic traps set all around the lamp and get their hands on the notorious BOOBOO... who is none other than a sulky, fractious eight-year-old boy.
