Chanela celebrity manicurist Ashlie Johnsona worked with us to create a one-of-a-kind manicure that appealed to both the Valentine's Day crowd and those following Spring 2016 trends, and the result was a gorgeous watercolor finish, using both new and iconic shades from the brand. Johnson, fresh off working with her clients Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Brie Larson at the Golden Globes, aspired to create a look that wouldn't just turn heads - it had to be easy to paint on yourself. pbr pAshlie first applied a base coat and a light neutral shade before swiping fuschia, red, gray, and gold lacquer across my nails.
