MOGADISHU, SOMALIA — Investigators suspect the airborne explosion inside a plane bound for Djibouti from Mogadishu on Tuesday may been caused by a suicide bomber who smuggled explosives onto the aircraft using a wheelchair, a western diplomat told the Wall Street Journal. br br It's suspected that the alleged bomber was able to pass through Mogadishu's airport security because he was in a wheelchair. He then most likely detonated the bomb as the plane took off, the WSJ reported. br br Daallo Airlines flight D3159 was carrying 74 passengers when it took off from Mogadishu.
