New Delhi, Feb 15 (ANI): Jawaharlal Nehru University Vice Chancellor Mamidala Jagdesh Kumar on Monday said they encourage open expression of views and ideas as far as it is peaceful. He further said that any problem can be solved through discussion and there is no need to sit on a strike.
