So go ahead and make this tummy filling main course rice recipe and enjoy it with your family. br br Ingredients: br - 500gms – 212 cup of basmati rice – soaked in water for half and hour br - Fresh spices br 2 cups of mint leaves br ½ cup of coriander leaves br 1 tbsp of ginger br couple of green chillies br - water br - 4 tbsp of oil br - 1 tsp of shahi jeera br - 1 tsp of hing br - 1 tej patta bay leaf br - 2-3 bits of cassia br - 6 cloves br - 8-10 pepper corns br - 2 cups of peas br - 3 ¼ tsp of salt br - juice of 1 lemon br br Method: br - Grind together all the fresh spices mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, green chillies and little bit of water – put the mixture In a bowl br br - In a pan boil water, in other pan add oil, shahi jeera, hing, bay leaf, cassia, cloves, pepper corns and the raw masala and mix well br br - Add the drained rice and mix it well with the masala and add the peas and pour in the boiled water and salt and juice of lemon br br - Close the lid and cook until the rice is done.
