ADNAN OKTAR: Our Prophet (pbuh) never approved of violence against women. People say, "Beating is allowed in the Holy Qur'an." But Our Prophet says,  "I will request  retaliation against men who beat their wives." In other words, he says, "I will have them beaten as well" so that they can have a taste of it.  Our Prophet thought of even practicing  this. "He will be beaten exactly in the same way he beats his wife.
