New Delhi, Feb 26 (ANI): Speaking on the Rohith Vemula’s suicide case, his friend said Union Minister for Human Resource and Development Smriti Irani’s statements about Rohith were completely “false and baseless”. He said Irani’s claiming that Rohith was not a ‘dalit’ is totally bogus. His friend even stated that the fellowship Irani was talking about is also “fake”. His friend also spoke about the kind of treatment Vemula received during his stay at the University. He added that action must be taken against Union Minister for Labour and Employment Bandaru Dattatreya and University of Hyderabad Vice Chancellor Apparao.
