Commmodore Aaron Reconquista, Philippine Coast Guard-Bicol chief, said Tuesday they are looking at using a remotely operated vehicle (ROV) as efforts continue for the retrieval of the sunken MV Lady of Mt. Carmel, as well as its seven missing passengers.
