Senator Francis “Chiz” Escudero assailed on Tuesday the alleged draft resolution on the disqualification case against Senator Grace Poe, saying that more than "mind-conditioning," it was meant to counter the Nationalist People's Coalition's endorsement of their candidacies in the upcoming elections in May.
