President Benigno Aquino swears in Maria Lourdes Punzalan Aranal-Sereno as the new Supreme Court Chief Justice in a ceremony at Malacañang Palace on Saturday. The 52-year-old Sereno is the first woman Chief Justice and would have to serve for the next 18 years.
