League of Cities of the Philippines president, Mayor Oscar Rodriguez of San Fernando City, Pampanga, said Tuesday he took the recent appointment of Secretary Mar Roxas as the new head of the Department of Interior and Local Government positively amid remarks saying that he shouldn't accept the job due to his current position in a big political party.
