Skies getting clearer in Isabela, says governor

After Tropical Storm "Helen" made a landfall past Tuesday midnight on Palanan town in Isabela, Governor Faustino Dy III said in a radio interview at around 8 a.m. Wednesday the skies have become clearer and there were no reported injured residents or major damage in properties in the province.
