The function is bestowed by the Kerala State Chalachitra Academy.Dulquer Salman and Parvathy starrer ‘Charlie’ has dominated the event by grabbing many awards and ‘Premam’, one of the most loved romantic dramas which continues running in Chennai for more than 250 glorious days has got no awards.
