So ahead and make yummy & delectable Vegetarian Enchiladas with chef Varun Inamdar only on Rajshri Food. br br Ingredients br - olive oll br - garlic br - whites of spring Onion br - capsicum br - boiled beans br - salt br - sweet paprika br - cumin powder br - red pepper br - crushed garlic br - tomatoes br - molt vinegar br - salt br - sugar br - cayenne pepper br - Paresly br - Basil br - Habanero Sauce br - Tortilla Disc br - Onion leaves br br Method br - In a pan add olive oil, garlic, whites of spring Onion, capsicum, boiled beans ( boiled with salt & water ) add some salt, sweet paprika and cumin powder. Stir it properly br br - Mash the beans with spoon or potato masher. br br - In a pan add olive oll, red peppers, crushed garlic, whites of spring Onion, tomatoes, flour, molt vinegar, sugar, salt, cayenne pepper, parsley and fresh basil.Also add little bit of water br br - Blend the mixture and keep it on flame for 2-3 minutes and add habanero sauce br br - Take a baking pan and add the ranchero sauce in the bottom br br - Take the tortilla disc and the bean mixture, to which add onion leaves br br - Fill the disc with bean mixture and roll them. Keep them in the baking pan over the ranchero sauce. br br - Top it again with ranchero sauce.
