So watch and learn how to make Masala RiceBhaat with Ruchi Bharani only on Rajshri Food br br Ingredients: br 2-3 dry red chillies br 1tbsp coriander seeds br 3-4 pepper corns br 1" piece cinnamon br 2-3 cardamoms br 2cloves br 1 tbsp cumin seeds br 14 cup dry grated coconut br 2-3cloves of garlic br 1piece ginger br 14 tsp asafoetida br 14 tsp turmeric powder br 2 slit green chillies br Few curry leaves br 1 shredded onion br 14 cup green peas br 1 cup soaked rice br 2 cups water br 1 potato fried br 100 GMs tindora (tendli) fried br Salt to taste br Method: br - De seed the red chillies and then dry roast them for two minutes along with coriander seeds, pepper cods, cinnamon, cardamom and cloves some cumin seeds and some dry grated coconut br br - Place the spices in the blender and grind them. When it turns into powder add some garlic, ginger, turmeric, asafoetidahing and little water br br - In a pan heat oil, add slit green chillies, curry leaves, shredded onions, add the masala paste. Add some green peas and cup of soaked rice, water and salt to taste br br - Let it simmer till the rice cooks, add some fried potatoes and fried beans and cover it for more 2 minutes.
