. [Mr. Tom Barrow] . challenged a number of duplicate handwriting ballots as well as some 10-12 absentee ballots which had been preprinted the name Micheal Duggan (sic). These particular ballots were also fraudulent and pursuant to MCL. 168.772, the canvassers referred just them to the Chief Judge and to the Wayne County Prosecutor for further investigation for fraud and wrongdoing pursuant to the statue. -- (Thomas Barrow, 10/07/13)\r
