Are you still frying your hashbrowns in a pan? br br Ingredients:br 4 lbs. (2 Kg) waxy potatoesbr 3 eggsbr ½ cup (125 mL) sour creambr ¼ cup (60 mL) melted butterbr 2 Tbsp (30 mL) horseradish br Salt and pepper, to tastebr br br Method:br Grate potatoes, into a clean tea towel. Wrap it up and squeeze to remove most of the water. br Mix together eggs, sour cream, butter and horseradish in a large mixing bowl. Toss in the grated potatoes and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. br Spread about 1 cup of the potato mixture into each waffle square. br Cook for 15 minutes or until potatoes are cooked and crispy.
