Nepal, Mar 20 (ANI): Madhesi leaders Shashi Kapoor Miyan and Imdad Ghani opposed the budget programme organised by the district council at Birgunj and boycotted it. They were protesting because Industrial State minister Meghraj Nepali Nishad and other dignitaries present at the event did not observe a period of silence for the 55 Madhesi 'martyrs' killed in agitations. Madhesi leader Shashi Kapoor Miyan also acknowledged that mistakes were made by party leaders.
