"My footage shows a driver going through a red light on Highland Ave in Hollywood, CA, as an LAPD officer inside a marked patrol unit was turning left from the intersecting street (Selma Ave). The officer pursued the vehicle to initiate a traffic stop, which happened off view of my camera.
