Relish yourself with this love kebabs at home, so watch and learn how to make Galouti Kebab only on Get Curried. br br Ingredients ( 15 kebabs ) br ½ kg Mutton Kheema br 2 tbsp raw papaya br Salt to taste br 1 tbsp ginger br 1 tbsp garlic br 2 black cardamom br 8 cloves br 1 tbsp poppy seeds br 6 pepper corns br ½ tsp cinnamon br ½ blade mace br 6-8 cardamom seeds br 1 tsp chilly powder br Grated nutmeg br 1 onion (browned) br ½ cup coriander leaves br 4-5 dried green chilly br 3 tbsp roasted gram flour br 1 egg br Onion rings, Mint & Lemon ( garnish) br br Method br br - Grind together – bay leaf, black cardamom, cinnamon, dried green chilly, Grated nutmeg,mace, pepper corns, poppy seeds, cloves, cardamom seeds, garlic, ginger, chilly powder, raw papaya, run it into smooth and fine paste add the coriander leaves br br - Add a egg into the paste and run it till it turn smooth paste br br - Take the meat add into the grinder and grind it add some salt and mix it properly and add the masala paste and evenly mix it with the meat.
