It all started out as a random attack on a government gas station in a village. Just regular roaming about chaos making. Then the local gang decided to give me a hand the the Heat Level jumped straight to 2 and escalated from there. Next the government sends in three attack helicopters and two PT boat sized gun ships all at once! Did not take long to reach Heat Level 5 after that.
