Cut the bananas lengthwise, lay flat on a baking sheet and coat with coconut oil and maple syrup. br 2. Broil at 425 for 15-20 minutes, keep checking to make sure they don't burn! br 3. Toast your bread, spread peanut butter, add your banana then sprinkle coconut flakes and drizzle more maple syrup. br 4.
