Old Navy has a new President and its longtime executive Sonia Syngal Syngal will take control of a company that's mired in a slump. Old Navy represented 42 of Gap's overall total sales, last year, but growth has slowed Syngal replaces Stefan Larsson, who left last year for Ralph Lauren.
