A British grand jury has delivered its verdicts in the 1989 Hillsborough soccer stadium tragedy case in which 96 men, women and children died.
The jury found match commander Chief Superintendent David Duckenfield was "responsible for manslaughter by gross negligence" due to a breach of his duty of care.
The jury's findings include police planning errors and the 96 fans were crushed due to the admission of a large number of fans through an exit gate.
Additionally, the jury found that fan behavior did not cause or contribute to the tragedy.
