Accidents keep happening on the parking lot playground. So Hana decides to elect a playground leader to maintain order on the playground. Lani, Toni, and Speed are all vying for the position, and with Rubby somehow thrown into the mix, suddenly, there are four candidates who want to be the leader. The next day, the candidates start campaigning. Lani, Speed and Toni have thoroughly prepared and deliver very polished speeches. However, Rubby doesn't have time to prepare a speech because he has too much cleaning work to do, so he ends up giving a very simple speech.
