Ukraine's Security Service releases images of the moment it arrested a Frenchman who was allegedly planning terror attacks at the Euro 2016 football championship. The arsenal of weapons seized include 125kg of TNT and 29 rocket-propelled grenades, according to Ukraine's SBU security service.
