After excelling in several senior marketing, finance and management positions at Galatasaray, Ebru was appointed General Manager of Galatasaray Sportif A.Ş in 2010. She was the first woman to be elected to the Executive Board of European Club Association in September 2010. In October 2011, she was appointed General Secretary of Turkish Football Federation . She is currently a consultant in FIFA’s Development Program, mentor at UEFA Women in Football Leadership Program and is working with leading consulting firms such as Accenture and EY as Subject Matter Expert in Sports.
