Normally ringneck parrots are not so cuddly but mine is something special.He loves me a lot don't mind when i touch him and play with him he such a cuddly parrot.Sometime he starts kissing me aggressively and that time is surely special,i have two ringneck parrots other one is sammy he is not so cuddly i don't know why but he doesn't like to be touched but there are times when he is also in clam mode and allow me to touch him.
