So with Varun learn to make Chinese Chopsuey at home only on Rajshri Food. br br Schezwan Sauce Recipe : br br br br Ingredients br For the sauce br 12 cabbage thinly sliced br 1 small carrot thinly sliced br 1 medium sliced onion br 1 medium green capsicum br 6 tbsp schezwan sauce br 3 cups water br 3 tbsp cornflour br Salt to taste br MSG to taste (optional) br 1 tbsp oil br For fried noodles br 1 packet Veg hakka noodles br Water as required br Salt to taste br 4 tbsp Oil br Spring onions finely chopped to garnish br br Method br - In a pan boil some water add salt and the noodles. Once done, strain them off the water and put some oil. br - In a wok add oil and pan fry the noodles on both the sides.When done place into a bowl br - In a wok add oil, cabbage, carrots, onions, capsicum and toss them and add some water add the schezwan sauce and salt br -Make a slury with cornflour and water and add it into the chopsuey br - Add the chopsuey into the bowl and garnish with spring onions.
