We're re-working an old childhood favorite into a healthier gluten-free, mostly vegan option--because Sunday morning wellness can still include sleeping in and pancakes! All you need to do is throw the ingredients into a food processor or high-powered blender, and you're done. SUBSCRIBE to LEAFtv for more healthy recipes and tips! br br This recipe is adapted from 4th & Heart: br br Ingredients: br 1 12 cup gluten-free oats br 3 12 tsp baking soda br 1 14 cup almond milk br 14 cup maple syrup br 1 banana, mashed br 13 cup dark chocolate chips br Ghee (we love this Madagascar vanilla bean one: ) br br Instructions: br br 1. Add oats and baking soda to a food processor and blend until it's a flour consistency. br 2. Add the almond milk, maple syrup and banana and blend again. Then fold in dark chocolate chips br 3. Add 12 tbsp ghee to a skillet on medium-high heat. Once warm, pour about 13 cup of the batter into the skillet and let cook--flip once soft bubbles form. br 4.
