The first batch of Indian nationals, who were evacuated from the war-torn Juba in South Sudan, landed at the Delhi airport on Friday morning. Minister of State for External Affairs, VK Singh flew to Juba early Thursday morning with two C-17 Indian Air Force aircraft to ensure the early evacuation of the Indians.
