Learn how to make Tomato Bhaji - a quick and easy to me sabzi recipe at home from our chef Archana. This is a simple recipe for beginners & bachelors as it requires limited ingredients and less cooking time. br br Ingredients: br br 3 tbsp Oil br Coriander Leaves br 1 tsp Mustard Seeds br 14 tsp Asafoetida br 12 tsp Turmeric br 10-12 Curry Leaves br 1 Green Chilli br 2 Onions, chopped br 1 tbsp Butter br Salt to taste br 12 tsp Sugar br 4 Tomatoes, chopped br 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder br br Method: br br - In a pan heat some oil. br - Add coriander leaves, mustard seeds, asafoetida, turmeric powder, curry leaves and green chilli. Saute everything. br - Add chopped onions & butter. Mix everything well. br - Cover it with a lid and let the onions cook for 2 minutes. br - Add salt, sugar, red chilli powder and chopped tomatoes. Mix everything well. br - Cover it with a lid and let everything cook for 10 minutes. br - Tomato bhaji is ready. Garnish it with coriander leaves & serve.
