So watch and learn how to make Paneer butter masala at home with chef Seema only on Swaad Anusaar br br Ingredients br - 2 tbsp of butter br - 2 cinnamon sticks br - 3 green chillies br - 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste br - 4 chopped tomatoes br - 1 tsp salt br - 1 tbsp butter br - 1 tsp of red chilli powder br - 1 tsp of coriander powder br - few coriander leaves br - tomato puree br - 10-15 cashew nuts br - paneer cubes br - 100 gms of cream br - 1 tbsp of dry kasori methi br - water br br Method br - In a pan add some butter and let it melt. br - Add cinnamon sticks, green chillies, ginger garlic paste and let it cook for 2-3 minutes. br - Add chopped tomatoes and mix it properly and let it cook well. br - Now add some salt to it. br - Switch off the flame and let the mixture cool down. br - Add it into the grinder and blend it properly. br - Put the mixture through the sieve. br - In the pan add butter, red chilli powder, coriander powder, coriander leaves and tomato puree. br - Let the gravy boil for sometime. br - In a blender add soaked cashewnuts and blend it into a paste. br - Add the cashew paste into the gravy.
