During an interview with Ellen DeGeneres Justin Bieber confirmed that three songs on his album Purpose are about Selena Gomez. He admitted that the first two singles, “What Do You Mean?” and “Sorry,” along with this third track, Mark My Words, were inspired by his gorgeous ex-Selena. Justin also said that he thinks he will get back together with Selena one day, he then performed an acoustic version of "Sorry." Meanwhile his song Mark My Words definitely scream of their roller coster relation.
