It is easy to make and delicious in taste. So with The Bombay Chef make yummy and tasty Keema Paratha at home. br br Ingredients br Dough br 2 whole wheat flour br 2 tbsp melted ghee br salt to taste br Water as required br Keema filling br 250 gms mutton mince br 2 tbsp oil br 1 onion, finely chopped br 1 tsp cumin seeds br 1 tbsp green chillies br 2 tsp ginger chopped br salt as required br 2 tsp chat masala br 2 tsp garam masala br 12 cup coriander leaves br oil for frying br dry wheat flour for dusting br br Method br - Heat some oil in a pan on a moderate flame. br - Chop onions, chillies, ginger into fine pieces. br - In the heated oil add cumin seeds, onions, chillies, ginger and salt and let the onions cook br - Add the minced mutton into the mixture and add garam masala powder and chaat masala br - Stir it well and allow it to cook for 15 minutes br - Turn off the flame and add coriander and mix it well br - Allow it to rest for 15-20 minutes. br - In a bowl add wheat flour, salt, melted ghee and stir it. br - Add some water and start kneading the dough. br - Knead the dough until it is soft and ready br - Keep it in a bowl and cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes. br - Make round balls out of the dough br - Create a bowl out of the dough ball with a thick center and add the keema filling into it br - Pull the corners of dough together and cover it. br - Roll it into a thick disc br - Turn on the flame and heat the pan br - Place the rolled disc over the heated pan and apply oil on both the sides br - Cook well on both the sides. br - Keema Paratha is ready to be served.
