MENASHA, WISCONSIN — A Wisconsin couple who left their 4-year-old kid unattended to go creepy clown prankin’ have been charged with child neglect. br br Menasha City Police responded to 911 calls about a pair of clowns causing mischief by the roadside in the early hours of Oct. 7, according to a news release on the department’s official Facebook page. br br Cops said a 29-year-old man and his 20-year-old male accomplice wore clown costumes and chased after vehicles. A 26-year-old woman was found in a vehicle parked nearby. She and the older clown have a 4-year-old child together. br br The kid was left home alone while the pranksters climbed aboard the creepy clown bandwagon. According to cops, the child was left unattended for at least a few hours during the incident. br br The kid was taken into care and the parents were booked to appear in court on charges of child neglect. br br The 20-year-old man wasn’t charged and no charges were made in relation to the creepy clown prankin’.
