Madeleine shares with us one of her favourite quinoa salad recipes made with delicious roasted vegetables and a homemade turmeric dressing.br br Don’t forget to SUBSCRIBE for more recipes like this! br Sweet Potato Bravas br RECIPEbr INGREDIENTS:br 200G OF BLACK QUINOAbr 2 TBSP OF AVOCADO OIL OR COCONUTbr 1 RED ONION, QUARTEREDbr 1 RED PEPPER, CUT INTO THIN STRIPSbr 1 SWEET POTATO, CUBEDbr 1 COURGETTE, CHOPPED INTO INCH CHUNKbr 1 TBSP OF FRESHLY CHOPPED ROSEMARYbr 1 TSP OF CAYENNEbr 4 CLOVES OF GARLICbr SEA SALTbr  br TURMERIC DRESSING:br 3 TBSP OF OLIVE OILbr 1 TBSP OF LEMON JUICEbr 1 TSP OF HONEYbr 1 TSP OF MUSTARDbr ¼ TSP OF TURMERICbr PINCH OF SALTbr  br TOPPING:br 2 TBSP OF GOJI BERRIESbr 2 TBSP OF TOASTED PUMPKIN SEEDSbr METHODbr PREHEAT THE OVEN 200 C.br  br PLACE THE VEGETABLES IN A BOWL AND RUB WITH AVOCADO OIL, ROSEMARY, CAYENNE AND A PINCH OF SALT.
