The latest email thread shows a Clinton aide in conversations with ambassadors from Qatar, Brazil, Peru, Malawi, and Rwanda while in the nation’s capital. These leaked conversations followed an ABC News story on the special attention Mrs. Clinton’s State Department gave to emails identifying “FOBs” (friends of Bill Clinton), after the 2010 Haiti earthquake.
