Do try out this delicious recipe and post your comments below. br br Ingredients: br br 1 12 tbsp ghee br 1 large onion br 1 tbsp butter br 6 cloves of garlic br 1 tsp garam masala br 1 piece of ginger br 1 tsp red chilli powder br 2 green chillies, chopped br 14 tsp cumin powder br Coriander leaves br 12 cup cream br 1 tbsp cashew nuts br 15-16 button mushrooms br Salt to taste br br Method: br br - Grind chopped onions, ginger, garlic, red chilli powder, roasted cumin seed powder, garam masala in to a smooth paste. br - In a pan, heat ghee. Once the ghee is hot, add chopped green chilli and the onion paste. br - Add tomato pulp in to the mixture. Cook it well. br - Add fresh cream and mix well. br - Add water and allow it to boil. br - Add freshly chopped coriander leaves and add salt to taste. br - In a fresh pan, heat butter. br - Once the butter is melted, add chopped capsicums and sliced mushrooms. br - Allow it to cook for 2 to 3 minutes. br - Once cooked, add it in to the mixture and mix well.
