Try this out and let us know through your comments! br br Ingredients br br 1 black cardamom br 1 bay leaf br 4 tbsp coriander seeds br 2 tbsp cumin seeds br 1 tbsp black pepper corn br ¾ tbsp fennel seeds br 15 red dry chilies br 1 tsp turmeric powder br 2 inch cinnamon br 6 cloves br 1 tbsp dry mango powder br br Method br br - Heat the pan on a moderate flame. br - Add coriander seeds, black cardamom, cloves, cinnamon sticks, black pepper corns, cumin seeds, bay leaf, fennel seeds. br - Dry roast them till it changes color. br - Allow the spices to cool down completely. br - Grind it into a fine powder also add, turmeric powder, raw mango powder and red chilli powder. br - Pav Bhaji Masala is ready.
