Watch and learn this simple recipe with Chef Varun Inamdar only on Get Curried. br br Ingredients br br 350 gm boneless chicken breast sliced br 1 egg br 2 tbsp corn starch br 1 tbsp refined flour br 1 tsp soy sauce br Salt and pepper as required br Oil for frying br For the gravy br 2 tbsp oil br 2 tbsp garlic chopped br 12 tsp ginger chopped br 1 large onion petals br 1 no capsicum thickly sliced br 3-4 green chillies, sliced br 1 tbsp light soy sauce br Salt and pepper as required br 12 cup Water br 1 tsp corn starch br br Method br br - Marinate the chicken, by adding egg to boneless chicken breast, and also add soy sauce, pepper, salt, corn starch and refined flour to it. br - Mix everything well. br - Heat oil so as to fry the marinated chicken. br - Once the oil is heated, fry the chicken pieces. br br For Gravy br - Heat oil in a pan. br - Add chopped garlic, chopped ginger, slit green chilli, capsicum and onion to the oil. br - Add soya sauce, black pepper and salt and mix well. br - Add a cup of water. br - Add the fried chicken to the gravy and give it a toss. br - In order to thicken the gravy, add corn starch to water and mix it well.
